30-Day Trial Program

Try the Scout for 30 days with zero risk.
You can use it in the field and return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. Return shipping is covered by LEDI as long as the unit is returned in the original packaging.

Return Conditions

• Unused, in original box: Full refund, LEDI covers return shipping.
  

• Used but undamaged (no paint marks or abrasions): AUD 600 restocking fee.
  

• Damaged items: Repair fee + usage fee.
  

Return freight is covered as long as the unit is packed in the original foam inserts

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

We do. LEDI covers the full cost of return freight. Our team will provide a prepaid label and organise pickup.

How Refunds Are Processed

Once the returned item arrives, we confirm that all components are included and check for damage. When verified, your refund is issued back to the same payment method used at purchase.

Refunds cannot be redirected to a different card or account for security reasons.
